How do I install MAM system to my member area?
After purchasing you login to our central UniWebTools members area, where you can find detailed installation instructions with automatic installation script, which will help you to set our MAM system to your web server.
Under what terms are your system released?
All paying members must have a clear understanding of the terms of use. Before purchasing you are responsible to understand and abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Can I customize MAM client’s script?
No, you cannot. On your client’s side you can modify only mam_error.php page, which is shown when user is blocked.
Can I resell, reproduce, or distribute your script to others?
No, you cannot share scripts in any way.
I found an error when using your system, will you fix it?
Certainly! We encourage users to contact us with any problems they are experiencing. If you experience any problems please let us know for a quick fix.
You charge a monthly fee, do I get automatically re-charged at the end of month?
Yes, you do. PayPal will automatically bill you for the next month if your subscription is still active.
How do I cancel my membership?
All payments are handled via PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. You have complete control over how long your subscription remains active, and can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal control panel. Simply log in to PayPal, locate the payment in your payment history, click “Details” and locate the “Cancel Subscription” button.
