“The Software” product of UniWebTools.com.
2. Client Cancellation & Payments
All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. This subscription will automatically renew every month, and you will be automatically billed at the end of month for the next month if your subscription is still active. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal control panel. You can also request a cancellation from our Company. If you do not cancel by the end of the month, you will be automatically billed for the next month.
3. Restrictions
You may not attempt to create or derive any of the source code or other technology or data within the Software by disassembly, reverse engineering or any other method, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify or translate any part of the Software. You may not use, disclose, distribute, make or have made any copies of the Software, in whole or in part, nor rent, lease or lend the Software without the prior written authorization of the company, provided, however, that you may maintain a backup copy of the Software during the term of this License. You agree to provide notice to the company immediately after learning of or having reason to suspect a breach of any of the provisions set forth in this License.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of my products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of The Company.
